Non-Medical Care: The services described on this Site (such as companionship, meal preparation, bathing assistance, transportation assistance, and respite care) are non-medical in nature. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of this Site does not create a doctor-patient or healthcare provider-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Gentle Journey Home Care LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts located in Virginia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.
